Celebrate Earth Day with an intimate Candlelight Set Dinner, crafted with sustainably sourced ingredients, including local meats and freshly caught fish from Samui.
Menu Highlights:

• Pan-Seared Tuna – Locally sourced tuna with bell pepper piperade & pickled cucumber
• Green Pea Soup – Organic green peas with chorizo & free-range quail egg
• Pan-Seared Samui Sea Bass – Fresh sea bass with organic asparagus & bok choy from Silavadee Farm
• Coconut Creme Brulee – Made with local coconut & mixed local fruits

Time: Dinner begins at 06:00 p.m.
Price:

• THB 1,950 per person at Sun Deck (Available only on 22 April 2025)
• THB 1,600 per person at other restaurants, valid throughout the month of April (not just on 22 April)
