The measurements are based on guidelines of the Thai government and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our new measures highlight the extra level of sanitation, disinfection and wellbeing as the followings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Our existing measures still remain the most important, such as, temperature check upon entering the resort, availability of hand sanitizers available in all public areas, increased frequency of cleaning public areas, Bed linens, towels, dining cutlery are cleaned at extra high temperature. Usage of Ozone machines in each accommodation prior to check in<\/li><li>Online Registration to shorten the check in procedure at the Resort<\/li><li>The international standard of social distancing with limited contact between guests and team members is respected during arrival, staying, dining and facility usage in the hotel<\/li><li>Disinfection procedures are applied for: all vehicles used for guest services- prior to each usage, air-conditioners in guest rooms prior to each check in, guest luggage prior to arrival at the hotel , key tags, dining seats and equipment at Fitness Center, Spa and beach prior to usage<\/li><li>Alcohol gel and complimentary mask is available for each guest<\/li><li>Means of communication between guests and team members are offered online by Line or Whatsapp<\/li><li>Fitness center is available for private usage with appointment<\/li><li>Flexibility to enjoy facilities and services such as a-la-carte breakfast, open air dining venues, private resort activities and spa treatments<\/li><li>Paperless check out with electronic invoices issued online by email<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reserve with Confidence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Silavadee, all guests can rest assure that safety and security are the resort\u2019s top priority.
